Our values

Think-I exists to help people build confidence. That only works in a community that is kind, respectful and safe. These guidelines apply across our apps, programmes, events and channels.

Be respectful

• Treat others with courtesy and encouragement.
• Respect different backgrounds, identities, abilities and views.
• Give feedback kindly and constructively.

What's not allowed

• Harassment, bullying, hate speech or discrimination of any kind.
• Threats, intimidation, or sharing someone's private information without consent.
• Spam, scams, or impersonating others.
• Sexually explicit, violent or otherwise harmful content.
• Anything unlawful, or that infringes others' rights.

Safeguarding

The safety of children and young people is paramount. Community and young-people's activity is delivered through our sister organisation, SYP Confidence CIC, under its safeguarding policy and Designated Safeguarding Lead. If you have a safeguarding concern, contact us immediately at think.i.brand@gmail.com. If a child is in immediate danger, call 999.

Reporting & enforcement

If you see something that breaks these guidelines, please report it to think.i.brand@gmail.com. We review reports and may remove content, warn, suspend or remove accounts, and involve the relevant authorities where appropriate. We aim to act fairly and proportionately.
