This website (think-i-brand.com) is operated by Think-I Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16318349), registered office 21 Cecil Rd, Croydon CR0 3BN ("Think-I", "we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could damage or impair it. We may update or withdraw the site, or any content on it, at any time.
We offer digital guides and related products. Where you buy a digital guide, the purchase, payment and delivery are processed by our retail partner Gumroad (gumroad.com). When you click a "Buy" button you are taken to Gumroad to complete your purchase, and Gumroad's own terms and privacy policy apply to that transaction in addition to these terms. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include any applicable taxes as displayed at checkout.
Our guides are supplied as digital content (e.g. a downloadable PDF). Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. However, for digital content delivered immediately, you agree that supply begins straight away and you lose the right to cancel once the download has begun. You will be asked to acknowledge this at checkout.
If a digital product is faulty, not as described, or does not work as it should, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at think.i.brand@gmail.com (or via the Gumroad receipt) and we will put it right. Refunds for faulty digital content are handled through Gumroad.
All content on this website and in our guides — text, design, logos, the T·H·I·N·K Method™ and the Think-I name — is owned by or licensed to Think-I Ltd and is protected by copyright and trade-mark law. Our books are written by Denise Shaw and published by Inspired by Denisha. You may not copy, redistribute or resell our content without our written permission. A purchased guide is licensed for your personal use only.
