1. Who we are

Think-I Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are registered in England & Wales (company number 16318349), registered office 21 Cecil Rd, Croydon CR0 3BN. For any data or privacy question, contact think.i.brand@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, when you join our list.
Enquiries: your name, email and message when you contact us.
Purchases: when you buy a guide, your order and payment are handled by our retail partner Gumroad — we receive limited order information (such as your email and what you bought); we do not see or store your card details.
App accounts: if you use our apps (e.g. PerformAI Coach), those have their own sign-up and privacy information.
Technical data: limited, anonymous information about how the site is used, to keep it working and improve it.

3. How we use it & our lawful basis

To send you updates you've asked for — lawful basis: consent (you can withdraw any time).
To respond to your enquiries — lawful basis: legitimate interests / taking steps to enter a contract.
To provide products you've bought — lawful basis: contract.
To meet our legal and tax obligations — lawful basis: legal obligation.

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers ("processors") who handle data on our behalf:

Netlify — website hosting and our newsletter/contact forms.
Gumroad — payments and delivery of digital products (acts as a separate controller/retailer for purchases).
Supabase and Stripe — used by our apps for accounts and subscription payments.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it where necessary to provide our services or where required by law.

5. Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies — only those necessary to make the site work and to understand, anonymously, how it's used. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it. Order and tax records are kept for 7 years; newsletter consent is reviewed periodically; enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent, and request data portability. To exercise any of these, email think.i.brand@gmail.com.

8. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK-approved transfer mechanisms) to protect your data.

9. Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
